Elysian Beauty Bar Policies :

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes are allowed with 24hrs of the booked appointment.

A 50% deposit is required for all appointments to be booked. This deposit will be forfeited if you either cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24hrs of the booking date. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled before this time your deposit will be credited to your next appointment. For clients that are 15 minutes or more late with no contact or reason there will be a penalty fee of 2% added to your appointment total. This penalty fee is in place as if this instance occurs Elysian Beauty Bar will be running behind for the remaining appointments. For appointments that are booked outside of our opening hours (listed above) will have a 5% surcharge on top of appointment total.
